A card catalog for ISO 690

The bibliographic reference, modelled.

Relaton gives the ISO 690 guidelines a rigorous information model: citations, bibliographic references, and reference lists as machine-readable data. One shared RelBib base defines the core; twenty-nine standards bodies overlay their own flavour. Every card in this catalog is drawn from the canonical LutaML sources.

How to read the cards

The diagrams are rendered from the LML definition modules under */models/**/*.lml — the models are the LML files. The RNC grammars in grammars/ are implementation grammars that accompany the LML, never a substitute for it: change the model by editing the LML, never by editing only a grammar. Each card is fully encapsulated: only its own module's classes are drawn in full detail, and classes from other modules — the RelBib base, Basicdoc — appear as collapsed, name-only boxes.
